50 GR OF TEAID MILK
15 GR OF YEAST OF BEER
150 GR OF PARMIGIANO
250 GR OF FLOUR
100 GR OF BUTTER
First heat the milk, and make it warm (no hot). Then add the yeast and dissolve it.
In a bowl, break an egg and beat it. Then add all the ingredients: milk with yeast, parmesan, melted butter and flour. Mix everything well until you get a smooth and homogeneous dough.
With a rolling pin roll out the dough, up to a thickness of about 1 cm.
Make lots of strips in a horizontal direction to the dough, about 1 cm wide, with a knife or a wheel.
Then cut the dough in a vertical direction, obtaining rectangles.
Take each rectangle and twist it slightly on itself then place all the biscuits on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes.
