FRIES OF MUSHROOMS AND MOZZARELLA

Do not you know what to do for dinner? Short while ? Little desire to get in the kitchen ?! Sudden guests? The omelette of Funghi and Mozzarella is for you.
Just a few simple ingredients are enough, mix everything and put in the oven and in a few minutes the dinner is ready.

FRIES OF MUSHROOMS AND MOZZARELLA

INGREDIENTS

3 EGGS
10 CHAMPIGNON MUSHROOMS
50 ML OF COOKING CREAM
80 GR PARMIGIANO
PARSLEY
SALT
150 GR MOZZARELLA OR SCAMORZA

First clean the mushrooms, and deprive them of their stem.
Set aside the hats and coarsely chop the stem.

In the Egan baking dish from the Sale & Pepe line, break three eggs, add three pinches of salt and beat with a fork.
Add the cream and Parmesan and mix again.

Then add the mushroom stalks and the parsley, stirring again.
Now arrange the mushroom hats on the surface of the omelette.

Bake at 200 degrees for about 10-15 minutes.
Remove from the oven and place a slice of mozzarella over each mushroom.

Bake again until the mozzarella has melted.
