185 GR OF NUTELLA
1 EGG
140 GR OF FLOUR
HAZELNUT GRAIN (HOW LONG)
NUTELLA PER FARCIRE (ABOUT 130 GR)

METHOD

First you break an egg in a bowl and work it for a moment with a spatula.
Then add the nutella and mix well with the beaten egg.


Now gradually add the flour, mix well until you get a homogeneous mixture that you will rest in the fridge (covered by transparent film) for 30 minutes.
Take the mixture out of the fridge and form a number of balls of about 15 grams, which are placed on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
