Plumcake cheese and bacon is for you. A few simple steps and go in the oven
after only thirty minutes you will get a very fragrant salted plumcake to serve on the table together
to bread, to pair with cold cuts in a happy hour with friends.
200 GR OF EMMENTAL
100 GR OF FLOUR
1 INSTANT YEAST SACHET
200 GR OF SMOKED PANCETTA
50 ML OF SUNFLOWER SEED OIL
First break the three eggs in a bowl and beat them. Then scratch the emmental and add it to the eggs.
Add the sunflower oil, the bacon and finally the flour with the instant yeast. Mix everything well.
Take a plumcake mold, grease it with a little oil and add the previously obtained mixture.
Bake at 180 degrees for about 30 min.
